We had a wonderful stay at Granada Pensjonat & Spa. the apartment was brand new and exceptionally comfortable. the separate bedrooms for parents and kids made our rest very cozy. the spaciousness of the apartment was impressive, and we especially loved the fireplace and the complimentary wood. the facilities offered were fantastic, including a playground for children and a pond for better weather. We also enjoyed the great food and the various amenities such as the pool table, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym.

Great location near a ski resort and beautiful nature. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. We also enjoyed the possibility to rent board games, which was a fun activity for the whole family.

The check-in and check-out times were inconvenient, with a late check-in and an early check-out. It would have been better if they could offer more flexible times.

There were facilities like a playground for children and a pond. the hotel provided free wood for the fireplace and had a pool table, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, and bar. the food, including homemade pizza, was great.

The first contact at reception was rude and unhelpful.
